I have just listened to a clip from MC's interview 3 times on the Radio Leeds news this morning. Apart from I think suggesting Gibsons attitude was better than that of the senior players, I didn't have a clue what he was on about.

 

Every interview he gives just demonstrates how out of his depth he is.

'Earn your money' type interviews will do nothing except alienate the players. He has no credibility or standing in the game to make such statements.

And when you're openly talking about crises of confidence in your ranks, 6 games into your reign and less than 24 hours after bigging up your transfer business and talking about how you were pretty laid back about the last few days, not only do you look stupid - you look incompetent.

 

Don't worry Ahar, none of the players know what he's on about either.

 

It was Luke Colville last week picked out for a better attitude. Personally I don’t blame the players if we don’t understand him, how do we expect players? We don’t really know how good or bad any of them are until we get a proper manager on the job.

 

Could the coach earn his wage and teach his players to pass the ball to each other then move into a position to receive the ball back.
I think he should watch how Southend tore us apart using the same method.
Here's another one Michael, if you're on the attack tell your players to try and lose the man they have been marking instead of holding his hand.

 

No. He needs to go and stop earning or even trying to earn anything from us. He's hopeless. I've honestly never had such bad feelings towards any coach we've had in the past. And that includes Jim Jefferies & John Docherty.

Michael/ Micky/ Mikey Collins isn't a disaster waiting to happen, he's a disaster that's already happening. If he's not gone by Charlton then the only reason I'm going to that is to give him 90 minutes of dogs abuse.

 

I'm actually at a point now where I hope we lose matches just to get rid of him. I can't stand him. He's not fit to be in our dug out and I want him gone more than I want Rahic gone. He's a joke.

 

We are told safety first in training. It is clear to me from watching them. Fullbacks never moving forward and midfield two hold hands together in the middle for 90 minutes.

No roaming forward and hope we keep it right.

Problem is we can’t defend and don’t look like scoring either

 

Makes me laugh when he says players need that extra 10%. More like 50% more to even have a chance of competing in games.

 

I was down at Apperley Bridge on Saturday, the under 18's were playing. I started talking to another spectator, his son was playing for Bradford. He told me they were gutted when MC got the Head Coach job. He told me his son has being at a lot of big clubs and MC (and Drury) are the best coaches he has seen. I said with a bit of luck he will be back running the u18's next week.

 

So good that they finished 3rd bottom?

How can BRAND NEW players have a crisis of confidence after six games?

Perhaps it's because they're already being thrown the wolves by a coach who won't stand for discussions about tactics and formations, and blames everyone else.

 

It's Rahic that needs to go. Collins would soon follow.

 

It's as if he is deliberately talking himself out of a job....annoy enough people and all that.

But surely not?

I mean, he must be frustrated and maybe it is damaging his family and would just take the pay off, he would be entitled to a payout i the event of being sacked.

 

I'm starting to think Collins only came to change and clean the water filter and left as head coach. I also think he only took it because he knew when he was sacked he could have a year off.

 

When Collins was coaching under 18s did he stop them heading the ball (heading in football can cause injury to the brain as some newspapers were saying ) because our lot seem incapable of getting a head to anything at all

 

Can't afford to wait for Rahic to leave.

Collins would take us down mate.

We need to get rid of Collins now.

 

I totally agree he is one arrogant prick.
He’s always blameless and talks a load of bollocks.
Absolutely dispise the guy.

The sooner he goes the better.

Hopefully Edin will Follow soon after and we can start rebuilding this shambles.

 

What's funny is, Rahic was just as blaming and unapologetic as Collins.

Collins got the medicine he dished out.

Can't WAIT for Rahic to receive the same.
