Clubs are losing about £20 mil per year just to stay competitive in the championship, we can only hope you are never in a position to run our football club, no offence.

If we employed Karren Brady to negotiate we'd get it for a lot less than £6m.

You'd need to get 6.25% net interest for that to happen (unless you took it from the club ……………), which is nearly 8.00% gross. Can you tell me where you'd put your money so I can get in on it.

Got my tickets and if I win I'm off to see Jack Tordoff for a Ferrari or two then Edin & Stefan to buy them out. I'd gladly spunk £10m just to make sure they went.

Now you're exteacting the Micheal;), I didn't get past the opening comment, its certainly no suprise to Bradfordians.
The daft thing is now the old Gaumont is being redeveloped ( hopefully the exterior will be simiar to the Alhambra) with those two as the drop back for Centenary Square that particular area is very nice at night.
Just keep away from the drag tracks that go under the names of Leeds Rd, Howarth Rd, Killinghall Rd, ETC.

Lol its all theoretical and numbers plucked from the air. I would think anyone wanting to purchase our club would put all their financies and hire a reputible legal team before any negotiations are completed. Its what i do now for my business but on a lower scale. Oh and no im not offended.

Well sadly some honourable and well intentioned plans, unsurprisingly come to nothing. Apparently the Jackpot winning ticket was purchased in Belgium. A cool £96,785,706.00 was the final prize. The only (unrealistic) chance is that it was @Zonnebloem@Zonnebloem who bought the ticket. :joy:
I think I will put this cunning plan on hold, until the jackpot works itself back up to over £50 million.:)

    GOT my ticket earlier, Rod ............. A LUCKY DIP ........ Nos - 13,22,28,33,49 - 02,06. Here's hoping !!

And - YES ......... Should I WIN, (The Jackpot, as a sole winner) I pledge to Buy BCAFC, with a sustainable plan over 5 years with 25% of that win.
NO Lamborghini, or Maserati for me ....... Just a NEW simple Alfa Romeo will do. OH ! And a tidy little farm house type retreat, ha ha ha. At 60+, who want's or invites any schitt ? ;)

Quite nice, but the wrong location, Rod. My needs and wants are simple .... They're easier to manage.

I recall in my 'old days' being injured in the higher NYM, an elderly Lady, who lived in a slate built 'shack' nursed me through a week of agony. Far better than todays NHS could provide !
She cooked basic and simple meals, rich with goodness.
I've not forgotten that Lady, nor her kindness, and I still post a Christmas card each year. Her 'simple', but spacious warm 'shack' is what I remember most. :)
