Burton at 21/10 to win. You can't argue that backing against City is a wise thing to do right niw

 

If the Burton game goes badly I can see it becoming toxic like Bristol rovers last season.

 

Burton got a solid 1-0 win today against an in from Donny side. Add to that they won 2-1 in the cup midweek away, maybe they have found their feet this season?

We know from past experience they are gonna be solid and set up well and hard to break down. I can see a 0-1 win to Burton. We don't look like scoring

 

Lost all interest in attending this game, not worth the hassle trying to get an early finish to be let down by players staff and owners who frankly only care about their hefty wages. The signings of Scannell and Payne lifted my summer blues but it's not been enough.

 

Not going , will be at saturdays game though selling pitchforks .

 

Burton beat Donny today; can anyone actually see a Nigel Clough side losing to a " Mikey C" formation when the m(p)uppet doesn't think formations & tactics important in a game a football ? ! A team bereft of confidence; no belief in who's coaching them; no organisation; and no proper preparation pre-season : chaos "behind the scenes" with players & staff. Its a right mess. What's the actually likelihood of Rahic axing anyone in that dugout ? .probably isnt any ! .We are in trouble.

 

Not going can not be arsed can only see it going one way I have no confidence in the management

 

I said before today’s game that losing to Barnsley was one thing, but a chasing from Southend would be another. And of anything, today’s performance was even more one sided than last weekends no-show.

More of the same on Tuesday night will bring Collins and Rahic under ridiculously early, but self inflicted pressure.

 

Thought Mr Rahic would not push the panic button until after 10 games without a win although he gave his first manager less.

I want to see from the team more organisation, bite/determination and getting in the faces of the Burton players - even if we do not get three points it will show we have started to make some progress and give us some hope.

 

Let's not forget, Burton have started poorly after being relegated. They're hardly going to be brimming with confidence.

The key will be organisation, discipline, and desire - and without the first two, and a sense of understanding, you won't magically create the third.

There's not long to instill that which was missing these last few games...

 

Funny how we perceive things isn't it? Burton newly relegated club lacking in confidence. Barnsley just down from championship world beaters. They actually got the same number of points last year.

 

Well I’m leaving the sunny climate of Kefalonia later today. I just hope for my 1st home game on Tuesday, the manager or who ever it is who sorts the team, formation and the tactics etc gets it right. Or else as people have said, the atmosphere could become very toxic at VP

 

I would have to alter my diary so much to attend the Burton game, and I'm struggling to fit Wycombe in too. Yet our opening lack of form is making my decisions easier ......... I see little changing soon, on either front.
