Whoever sings that, their voice goes right through me. I love the original that this song is based on but this guy's voice is painful.

    Oh I'm ready.

Respect first and foremost prior to the game

Then I will back the players 100% on Saturday, keeping patient if things don't work out initially. The fans need to be a massive 12th man on Saturday

The fact that we’ve still got something to play for at this point of what has been a mostly forgettable season is absolutely amazing.
A season is 46 games and wherever you finish is where you deserve to be.
All we can do is win our game.

I don't mind Take Me Home but I don't think it is a song for the players to come out to. It's more like a song to play at a funeral. It's time it was changed to something a bit more lively and motivating and Take Me Home could be reserved for something else within the club or just for the fans to sing as they please.

    Totally agree, turgid song.

My choice would be The Skids - Into the Valley.

Not sure If Charlton run out to that, but would do me fine for us

Charlton do use it, but the walk is "Red, Red Robin" which is not overly motivating.

Can't beat "Bubbles", though it's usually preceded by "London's Calling" which with the stadium sound system certainly gets the crowd going

I saw the Skids last week. Still got it, and they played this as a tribute to Stuart Adamson. Great song, one of the anthems of my youth.

Another anthem to my youth ! Recently saw the Clash tribute "London Calling UK", they are damn good and a real tribute to the real thing, who are still the best band I've ever seen live (The Clash not "The Real Thing")

Anyone else think this would likely sound really good on the club tannoy? It's a short hip-hop instrumental appropriately called "City Invasion" by Frederic Sans.

(This should not be confused with the old punk/skinhead song also called "CIty Invasion" which would likely be less popular and need reworking to emphasise the potentially catchy final chorus "City - on an invasion". Some old punks on here might find the raw version interesting and brings back memories so I thought I'd post it anyway. I actually have this on vinyl and it always made me think of City on the rare occasions I played it. )

The players should come out to WWE songs like they do at Arsenal

Walsall used the "triple H" theme on Saturday and I'm sure Donny did too.

The one that arsenal use now makes me laugh, "north London forever" they all join in the chorus but conveniently don't sing the first verse which mentions walking past beggars and frequenting gambling dens, crack houses and brothels.

Certainly a bit different to the choice of @Interested Bystander@Interested Bystander across the other side of London

I will be ready with pint in hand, earpiece connected to radio leeds while sat in the ainsbury micro pub. After the fiasco against Harrogate I decided the club and I needed a trial separation ( we first met in 1966 and it was love at first sight) and I vowed not to watch city again this season home or away, in person or on ifollow and spend match time in the ainsbury.
The club and I have benefitted from this separation and I like to think me staying away has lifted a curse though I may have a decision to make if we get to wembley!

When I phoned to renew the Season Tickets, as the ‘new all singing dancing’ system wouldn’t allow me to renew 5 family and friends, that bloody song was on a loop. I never liked it, l am not a C&W fan. It was like the sound of running you finger nails gown a blackboard after 1 hour and fourteen minutes. I now totally loathe it, and will never ever ever sing along with it.
