I didn’t dismiss his view , I asked for his qualifications which others have kindly provided then I would readily accept his opinion , but not from a third party without a link . Not sure why you didn’t respond to my question in the first place. If you knew, why sit on it? You knew…………but didn’t mention it , so what was the point ?

If I / we didnt know what his credentials were how could one dismiss them out of hand ….? I don’t treat third party unsupported opinion as “ credentials “ ie yours.

Poor medical facilities according to some!

 

The training pitches are excellent, the one near the entrance is like a bowling green compared to our pitch. The other pitch through the arches is top notch , and then they have the all weather pitch. oh and use of the swimming pool nearly forgot that, and the gym and the kitchen and the eating area, yep it must be intolerable for the poor souls.

 

Have they managed to get on the front pitch though with the bad weather?

Also not sure how long the issues go back but Alexander has actually alluded to a lack of training taking place due to all the matches taking place recently. Gameday, rest, analysis, gameday etc. Perhaps this is also having an affect

 

These poor souls with soft tissue injuries, wouldn't have lasted ten minutes in the 70's when players like Jimmy Case, Graham Souness & Terry Mac would have gone through the back of them quicker than a hot knife through ice cream.

I'm sure Bobby Campbell once "ran off" a broken leg. Give them all a jab of creatin and tell them to get on with it.

I think its obvious the players have downed tools, there was unrest between Young and Cook apparently so i can see there being a clique within the dressing room. Like any bad eggs in any business they just need to be jettisoned. The majority of the squad need to be told they can leave, if this is the case GA should just drop the lot and play the kids the under 10s would be better equipped anyway

We are in league 2.
How does our player budget compare to eg. the current top 10 sides?
How does our training facilities compare?
How does our medical staff compare?

I haven't got a clue to any of those questions but surely we should be doing significantly better than 17th ?

 

Honestly , it a private business, no different to many high street chains, you want the ins and outs at say Tesco, yet not a shareholder ?. They will rightly say “ it’s non of your business” . We are not shareholders of Rupps business , unless you know different. I know I’m not. Maybe you are, then if so ask him like any person would.

I’m not an expert in running a football club, you are absolutely bang right, but I was half decent looking after and accounting for £6m income a month, before pulling up the drawbridge and getting out the pipe and slippers, so have a pretty big insight into how multi million £ companies work. One thing I will tell you is they never wash their dirty linen in public and seldom account to anyone outside the shareholder base. Ask Roger , he too has a big insight, couple that with his fantastic activities at BCAFC, I would respectfully listen to his musings night and day.
