Supposedly a very very strong Rumour - sparks gone Monday! +1

The commercial aspect is a myth, if it wasn’t for David Longo we would have nothing. What I’ve heard from sponsors about Sparks is deeply concerning.

Well Sparks is certainly making Longos job a damn sight harder. Who wants to sponsor a club in disarray? We just might become unsustainable next season and with that, grounds for disciplinary action.

 

plus the fact that income hasn’t risen even with all these announcements and all these extra appointments to the marketing team probably says a lot. The team are having to work harder to get more deals in to bring in the same amount of revenue.

 

If we get Rhodes back we can forget any hope of a deal with the ground rent with Gibb, I don’t believe Gibb would even negotiate with Rhodes.

Rude and abusive to them. One of which did a lot of help and actually spotted drainage problems last year on a survey he did for free and Sparks rang him up telling him what the f**k do you think you’re doing. If the sponsor wasn’t a city fan he would have pulled the plug and told him to do one.

 

Has anyone considered that Sparks just might have had too much heat from the kitchen and decided to abandon ship by going for another post elsewhere?

 

I heard a similar story with a contractor.

Totally unacceptable! He needs to learn however uncomfortable it makes him feel sponsors completing tasks he should. Offering abuse instead of gratitude is not the right path. Plus stuff like that gets around.

 

Unless they broke into VP and completed this survey without the clubs knowledge then I can't fathom a scenario that such a reaction might be viable. Supporter or not the right response to that is indeed to pull the plug and do one.

 

I have more than once.
I personally don't think he can do anything more for Bradford City football club.
His goal to get City out of League Two as become unattainable.
Successive bad managerial appointments and almost ridiculous statements in media interviews over his tenure haven't helped his corner one bit.
Ryan might be thinking enough is enough who knows but if health issues take a hold of him then there is only one answer.

 

The survey was part of the work the club wanted doing, which he did for free.

 

Why would you want to upset a sponsor who is offering the club free work that is required! I literally have no words.

 

The club is running on free work from sponsors who are city fans. The whole setup is amateurish.

Fans should pay up smile and be grateful we have a club to support whatever the standard
Sponsors are no exception

 

The day he gave McCall a long term deal only to sack him weeks later was the time for everyone to wake up a realise how out of his depth he really is.

Yet 3/4 years after that statement we are even worse than being mediocre.

Its gonna be tough not going but until hes removed or an actual structure is put in place to move us forward then please stop funding this conmans fook ups
