Well I didn't think I could be any more pissed off, then I started listening to the fans phone in bit after the game.

That utter weapon who was the second caller, absolving Rupp and Sparks and even stating that Rupp was 'investing in the club'. Which Kiwomya then agreed with.

Utter, utter nonsense. You can't fix a problem unless you identify what the problem is.

 

There is no Board. That's one of the biggest issues at the club. Sparks is left to run the shit show and only has to answer to Bradford's answer to Lord Lucan.
Sparks will chuck Alexander under the bus this weekend and hope it placates the fans.
The thing is, it doesn't anymore. We can all see that this hasn't worked and won't work now.
At the very least Rupp needs to get Sparks away from the football side NOW and get and experienced DoF in who can run the rule over the football side of this club and make the right calls on the hiring and firing of coaching and players come the end of April.

 

I always skip the fan phone in, its an embarrasing and akward listen.

I like Andy Kiywomya, but he lost credibility when he called Cooks screwed shot against Notts Co a good effort.

Cant wait for this season to be over, Im wondering if GA can actually bulid a good first 11

There's one just been on the city vent twitter space who pretty much said the same. I'm not sure I can take anymore of the utter cretins that infiltrate our fan base as they clearly have no idea about football. Why should I waste my time supporting a club that has these folk amongst us?

Alexander saying "we need to learn" but how is he learning?

Kelly not been playing well so he dropped him he said but his formation was so poor today.

If he switched to 4-2-3-1 and played Kelly and Platt at the back and it was a dour 0-0 draw and he said "we were trying to dig in and stop the run of losees", I'd have said ok, I can live with that. But that defence he picked today was inexperienced and shakey. We were clearly going to struggle and as he said, we're not scoring enough so we couldn't afford to be chasing the game.
