Sparks would have been bragging about ST sales if they were halfway decent.

Plenty will have renewed or still will, but there will be a drop off.

This may be the worst we have ever been since I started supporting nearly 30 years ago.

 

For some reason Radio Leeds don't seem to be taking the post match game in, or is it just my radio ?.

It's not the losing I'm concerned with, you can play well, be unlucky and lose. It's the nature of the defeats, no fight, no skill, no organisation, no creativity, players looking like they're already mentally off to somewhere nice for their holidays, that's what's worrying.

I fully expected a strong end to the season, get the supporters buoyant and even if they missed out on the play-offs, perhaps looking like something more positive could be built for the next season. Currently, the club looks like it's in an absolute mess.

It's not just about the manager, this is cumulative mismanagement from the very top down. Rupp for not giving a flying feck, Sparks for being massively out of his depth, Gent for looking like the identification and acquisition of footballers is a job he shouldn't be anywhere near doing, if it's a club that wants to be successful. Removing Rupp looks unlikely, but Sparks and Gent should be removed from their jobs ASAP. To be honest, would any other business with a turnover in the millions every year give the job to an absolute novice like Sparks? I seriously doubt it, unless nepotism was involved.

 

I don't think anybody in the club is talking to each other, there's just nothing there .....

 

I'm not sure we've bottomed out yet, that's a worry for me

 

The issue is, who is out there to come in as CEO? Would we have to poach someone from a rival club?

If GA goes, do we trust Sparks to bring in the right man for the job?

With a new manager, will they have to pick players based on Gent's recommendation?

The only way it can work under Rupp is if we have completely new everything. CEO, manager, head of recruitment and then we have the problem of arguably the worst captain in a while, players on 2-3 year deals

 

Rupp is literally letting the ship sail towards the iceberg, insane really as he's losing money off his investment at an alarming rate. He has no interest in this football club doing well, if he did he wouldn't have employed Sparks as CEO.

 

We are now at an all time low. Relegation next season if we do nothing. GA cannot inspire these players. I am not happy at all that we are now having to contemplate sacking another manager, anger doesn’t even describe what I am feeling this afternoon. I am upset and just feel I can’t watch another match. I have lost all confidence in the Board who clearly aren’t looking at the dismal display on the pitch.

Sparks is a marketing manager. GA should walk after this capitulation. Season sank not even a glimpse of bubbling over into a good performance anywhere. Very poor all over and players devoid of tactics or direction. Everyone is to blame including the players. Smallwood topped your pension up. Go mate

 

Really feels that way doesnt it. Chemistry is zero on the pitch.

 

Oh there'll be loads of interest for a CEO position from fairly experienced people who want to turn things around. My worry is if the owner will choose the right person.

I agree with other who say bringing in a new manager would be a hard job but we'd have loads of interest in the CEO role

It just made a change from the usual bellends who get through and defend everything that the club does.

 

Pretty damn clear then
