    While you should be fine on 50 points I have to say that on recent matches I'm not sure where you get those 13 points you need to be certain. Feels like you will stay up based on others dropping points rather than saving yourself

    Well, he's not a centre back to be fair to him. Now I'm not saying he'd do better somewhere else but GA has two centre backs available and he's choosing to play one in a back three. That goal is more on Alexander for me.

    Based on what we have seen would you really be happy with GA doing the rebuild ? He’s deffo lost the dressing room, the average effort they were putting in and totally disappeared.

    Because the FA & Premier League destroyed the youth system. I've said it before but the old reserve league was great, you got this good mix of seasoned pros and youngsters and the youngsters learnt a lot from having to lineup against seasoned pros who have higher football iqs. Now they play against players in their own age group as the number of senior players allowed is so few that it makes no sense playing any of them so they arent really tested, especially on the physical side. This then sees more players sent on loan but they arent ready so they often get limited minutes or if they play they struggle which hinders their development. And back in the PL2 clubs then have to play their u18 players which makes it even worse for development.

    Basically unless a Premier League youngster breaks into the first team before they are like 20 the chances of them making it at that club are basically zero and every year they remain in the setup after that the less chance of having a career lower down becomes
