    Don’t be so quick to judge. My mates probably been a fan longer than you have. He can’t go recently due to work and personal commitments. Good Friday allows him to go. No point paying £20 for a ticket when there’s already an abundance of paid-for seats available

    Lots do it, my granddaughter went the other week when i was ill, she was thinking of getting a season ticket next year, but the football beat that thought out of her head, it was the Doncaster home game, which was a rally special shit show i believe. So pleased i was laid low with a virus, shame it could not last till May.

    You don’t get to dictate cinema ticket prices or any other entrance fee whether you think the product is worth it or not.
    If you’re a fan, just pay it or feck off

    You’re really not understanding what we are saying are you?? The seat is paid for already, so what’s the harm letting someone else get the use out of it? I bet you are one of those people that have 2 hours left on your hospital car park ticket but refuse to give it to some old dear who is struggling to work the ticket machine

    Who are you to judge people you don’t know anyway?!

    I get we’re all fecked off with the owners and chiefs that run the club but all this talk of not renewing tickets etc is ridiculous

    I’ve been a fan long enough and seen worse times than this, but not once did I not renew or stop going

    If you’re a fan you stick through tough times and most have probably seen the same dire seasons gone by

    Fan power will eventually prevail but hitting the financials is not the answer and only ends up affecting fans the most

    Like I said in one of my previous posts
    6–7k core fans will support this club forever what event the costs

    If fans turned up then wouldn’t be spare and I’m not talking about odd games but the mass 10k that don’t bother just because they can lose £7

    What worse times have you seen out of interest?

    We are currently 17th in league 2, firmly on course to finish in our lowest league position for many years. We don’t own our ground or training facilities, and pay extortionate rent for a dilapidated stadium with a terrible playing surface. We have no vision or plan, no communication with the fans, the fans are totally disconnected from the club, and it is being run by completely inept people

    Please enlighten me when we have been in a worse position

    This season is on a par with many spent in the old fourth division, the re-election ones, obviously slightly worse.
    We are a lower league team, who have struggled most of our existence, with the odd bright spot thrown in.
