Wrexham were bought for £3m but didn't own their ground or training facilities. New owners bought the ground and keep getting knock backs on a new training complex plans, think they said they have spent over £12m on Wrexham since buying it. Carlisle sold for £2.7m it seems (according to their forum), but the new owners also paid off the old owners debts of £2.5m before the deal went through.

Oldham didn't sell for £10m either, it actually sold for £12m, but £10m of that deal was paying off owed debt it seems after digging into it. So technically, the club price was £2m. He has since bought the ground but cant find any concrete numbers on that.

 

A fairly decent portion of our fans were raising concerns about the raise in ST price by about £30 is it? Getting each fan to pump a few hundred into another pot for a bid wont be happening and rightly so. Not a chance fans could raise that much unless we have a few secret millionaires who like losing money.

DMac throwing around silly figures unfortunately 20k season tickets doesn’t mean all paying full price adults.
Considering the socioeconomic environment of Bradford I doubt there’s more than a few thousand who have a spare £500 to put towards a stake in the club, admittedly there will be some who could put in more.
If Rupp had a realistic pricing there would be some viability in this. £3-5m potentially it could happen. £10m no chance

 

Let’s hope we hear more from the mysterious American investors in the near future. Hopefully Rupp’s visit was for a face to face meeting

Oldham owner said on television it was 10 plus 3 debt then there would be fees so £13.5 m.
On the other hand Darragh says lots of interest Andy Holt at Accy told me he didn’t get a single offer when he put them up a few months ago
