The excuse of the play offs being one of the issues is laughable. Do we set out at the start of the season not to make the play offs? It's as if no one at the club realises what happens if you finish between 4th and 7th and it catches them by surprise.

It's a well known fact that being in the play off can be a negative for preparation for the season after.
It's not that we didn't expect the play offs but you've got to both scenarios by booking in the pitch work for A) We don't get into the play offs or B) We get into the play offs.
Once we are in the play offs that takes nearly 3 weeks out of the summer where pitch work can be done so the window for doing work goes from 10 weeks down to 7 weeks meaning less growth time for the grass.

Myself and our kid (combined age 113)went in a few weeks ago and I swear blind we lowered the average age by about 5 years ...

 

If Gilliead is playing left wingback that's a great team. Only one defensive midfielder and our best attackers all on the pitch. I've wanted a setup like this for ages. I'm assuming Oduor would be alongside McDonald but we'll see.
