15,000 steps a day in January for MNDA

Good evening everyone. I have been walking 15,000 steps a day since January the 1st and hot the target every day so far with my highest amount of steps been over 39,000. The total is 465,000.

I hope you fellow fans can donate online or in cash this Saturday if the game is on. My inspiration being Stephen Darby mostly but also Rob Burrow. After doing it last year I’m so happy to be doing this again this year. So if you can donate it will be greatly appreciated. Just click the link or arrange to meet me on Saturday many thanks. Yesterdays steps were 15,731 and over 21,000 today.

Wether permitting I hope to continue doing this until the end of January but can extend my page as much as I wish.

thanks know I can upset some but just hate critical. But we all need to get along with each other
