    I think that is not on. He needs to touch base, welcome him with the usual bonhomie type of stuff. Then he can get back to him in a couple of weeks. More slipshod management.

    Although it's rank bad manners on his part and probably reflects what the owner really thinks of our club, I'm going to try and put a positive spin on this. ;) Rupp is so busy negotiating the sale of the club to a potential new owner that he just doesn't have time for such niceties. Here's hoping!

    I get it at a multinational company level but this is a very small business with a small workforce. Yo not even have spoken to the manager yet, I just can't get it round my head. Anyone with a plan of wanting to take the club forward would have spoken with GA before he was publicly announced as manager.
