    I think we just have to get someone in and frankly none of the touted ones are 100% perfect or 100% imperfect.

    Take Paul Hurst for instance. He did a very good job with Grimsby on a limited budget and I think knows this league well enough to get a tune out of our players. Don't forget that Richie Wellens was sacked from his two previous jobs, before joining Orient.

    There is still plenty of the season left to turn it around and I think the squad is good enough as shown by the Swindon and Wrexham performances.

    To be honest I can't think of a manager that does. For instance, unconvinced that just because Eustace was great for The Championship, it means he can relate to L2 players, although his spell with Kidderminster was impressive.
