Safe to say after his antics at our club he's never managing our club

But the point is it’s not just about experience let’s face it the new Manager will probably have failures as well ass successes hopefully. It’s about the best fit and man management at whatever level. And whoever takes over needs to bring in the right number two something that both Hughes and Stuart before him got wrong. Hodges was supposed to be a great set piece coach and the set pieces have been probably worse than I have ever known.

 

Neil Harris.....just been sacked by Gillingham, who are a lowly 8th in the table....wtf

I wonder what Harris' style of play is? They want to "go in a different direction" same as we said about MH - maybe they want to go in DoF Kenny Jacketts direction....?

 

Yes but would you want him? That is a surprise sacking and another option for the Cowleys. Geographically it might be more appealing but, despite the financial boost the Gills have received since their new American owner came in, yours is a far bigger job with much greater potential.

Evans would be ideal for the club. He would bring success and a roller coaster ride with it but with City could it be any other way

 

Far too many fans won't forget his antics from a few years back, like they never made mistakes, get him in he's the shithouse manager that we need at this club...

 

How did our fan base get so deluded? Warnock, Wilder, Big Sam etc… why would these men come to manage us? We are a League Two club. Get real FFS

 

The queue has started forming to be the next manager of the Circus that is Bradford City.....

Not that it really matters because who knows what it'll take to get this club moving forwards again, but you look at the category of manager who has tended to succeed here and the main theme is first timer. McDonald has had time out the game due to his illness to look at coaching and to think about what that might look like for him, so I wouldn't be surprised to see him do well.

Having someone here with something to prove is something that I'd be looking for - can't be bothered with any more Grayson or Adams types where it felt like they thought they were doing us a favour. Cowley's career path is very akin to Parky's before he came here. Successful in moving a side up the leagues then struggling in two more high profile roles. He'd come here with something to prove although Gillingham could be a more preferred option for them though. Beyond that, surprised Leam Richardson has been out of work for so long - he'd be a good fit.

 

Remember Lee Morris. Played for Derby County and also was on trial with us in 2010. He’s the manager of (apparently our affiliate club!) SC United Bantams (formerly Palmetto FC Bantams) over in the States. Bring him home!

 

I think Cowley is a one team wonder.
