if, shaun whalley, is starting on the left for shrewsbury i can completely understand where MC is coming from with riley and mellor starting.. he’s their main supply and one of their better attacking threats - stop that and it limits them playing.

noticed no, luke hendrie, in the squad - anyone know if he is injured? or is the next messi not as good as everyone made out in january and the new shrews boss doesn’t rate him.

From the posts above, I guess Riley is on to ensure the right wing is good defensively.

But it also means Seedorf is only the bench and his pace in the last 30mins or so against tired defenders could work wonders.
