Ah @white coat bantam@white coat bantam has surfaced.
I asked some questions earlier because I happen to disagree with your opinion. I am more than happy to explain why? However to give me an opportunity, you need to explain your reasonsing so we can understand.

Aren’t you going to reply or did you miss them? I’ll happily post them again for you @white coat bantam@white coat bantam

Even hughes said if that game was on motd it would be on last.

So who is going to get the goals now with cook and pattison out for another couple of weeks.

I don’t have to answer to anyone... Especially sad stalkers like you.

I don’t pick the team. Hughes does. That’s his job

I’m entitled to an opinion about what I see though, and like many more on here, found it disappointing

Don’t like it? Scroll on instead of trying to be clever

Whatever players, tactics formation I’d choose is irrelevant.

What IS relevant is that on this showing so far, we don’t have the players capable of reaching promotion to league 1

Still not happy with that comment?

You know what to do. I mentioned it earlier, if your still wondering

It's a weird time to say we "don't have the player to get promoted" and that we "aren't good enough going forward" when both last season's top scorer and this season's top scorer were ruled out...

... talk about context having implications.

    Good point today.
Played a team with 100% home wins. Thought we are good today, played good football, only downside too cautious in going forward.
I think some supporters forget we are a fourth tier football team.

Nah, when fans say getting a draw away to Mansfield! Bloody Mansfield is a good point then you know how fans fans exceptions have fallen!

A lot of fans that go to games really have given up. You can tell on here because they expect rubbish. A club going nowhere. A club failing badly and fans just go ok then I await Sparks new app release.

There used to be a time when nobody even bothered producing league tables until at least ten matches into the season, because so much can change after the early games when all teams are getting used to new players/formations/managers etc. Promotion is decided at the season end, not after six matches.

Of course everybody would like to win every game but, in the real world, that just doesn't happen. So getting in a hissy fit because we haven't beaten one of the promotion favourites at their place, with our biggest goal threats missing, is just silly. Losing at Crawley was definitely one to be mad about. Getting a battling draw at Mansfield, who've won their last three home games and will likely win most of their others, not so much.

Totally concur some peoples perspective on here I finding worrying. Any old shit they lap up, blind support in my opinion is dangerous. Skidding to obscurity and all you get is what would you do? It’s not my job to carry this club forward, I do my bit ST, shirts, away games and we genuinely get nothing in return.

In isolation it’s a decent point but 4 goals in 6 league games is a major cause for concern.

Where we find ourselves is disappointing, it's only a few seasons ago that we were watching decent football in league one against the likes of Millwall and Sheff U in front of a packed house. These days we are happy with a 0-0 at Mansfield Town... Quite sad.

    A good point for them.

They’re above us with a better GD.

For us if we are serious this year we should be going there to win and get the W. We didn’t!

    Poor result!

When we are away, if we beat all the clubs who are below us in the table and draw with all those above (and do reasonably well at home) we will get promoted simple as.

Losing to Creepy and Uncle Fester’s team (rather than drawing) will cost us.

A draw at Mansfield is a reasonable (not great) result.

I seriously can’t be arsed reading all the posts tonight. I think that’s a first for me. A point at Mansfield is n’t a bad result but how we got there is the key. Anyone who thinks that was a good performance has forgotten what it’s like to watch a good team. The first half was diabolical from both sides, It was a complete bore fest. But even then, they edged it.

We are deluding ourselves if we think we are on track. Today was an awful watch. I was looking to see who I would award the MoM to. I could n’t find a player who played well. The only positives was Hughes positive substitutions but he gives me less confidence he can get us promoted each week.

You’re missing an important point, Mark Hughes is the manager and this is his squad that he alone has assembled. If the players he had at his disposal today are not good enough then I’m afraid that’s all on him.
The players he has brought in with the exception of Pattison would not have been my choice if I was the manager so it’s unfair to ask who I’d pick and the tactics I’d use.

    My sentiments exactly!
I’m shocked and stunned at how many fans on here are accepting of the dross we are being served up.

Of course but you have to accept that other teams have aims and ambitions. And when you play one like today with a weakened side then it’s a good point

I wonder what the three teams thought who played there before us and all lost conceding plenty. Sheffield Wednesday lost to them as well. They have recruited well and will be in the mix.and when you consider we had Cook 30 goals last season and Pattison 10/goals and at least two other starters out it can’t be anything else than a good point

Interesting that 38 from 57 contributors to the prediction thread didn’t expect us to win this match and that’s before all the injuries
