Let’s have a bit of philosophy on a warm Tuesday afternoon shall we?

To hate is to give the other person power over your emotional state. It is better to let those kind of emotions go. You may not like what somebody else does or how they behave to other human beings, but those emotions are yours not somebody else. It might also help if you separate out what somebody does as opposed to the person. We all react differently in different situations it doesn’t mean you will always behave in a certain way therefore it cannot singularly define you as a person.

Not sure McGowan is ready to start yet, he’s seemed to be getting eased into the team.
I like the look at the three lads behind the striker. Could be very exciting but I’m concerned about us scoring goals.

Yes, but mainly young players, training all in together which I am sure is good for their development.

Im sorry but a number of these ambassadors are simply Mark Lawns drinking pals who love lauding it in the 1911 club / legends suite before and after matches. They aren't there because of their love and knowledge of the club. They are there for their own benefit and nothing more.

That of course is your opinion, I'm not sure there are more than 3/4 who now fall into your catogury of Marks drinking mates, especially at these prices given by @EricMcManus@EricMcManus "£7,600 per person per season. Or £4k".
These our are the present Club Ambassadors

    Alan Biggin
    Denis & Jean Matthewman

More personal knowledge than opinion to be honest. Have known a few of them since the Lawn days. At that time they paid £2000 to be associate directors. They were definitely just Lawns drinking buddies.

So as I say 3/4, do they stump up Ambassadors fee's now, if so tell Mark to get some more of his mates to pay those fees and they can sit there all day boozing.

Seeing as we are a complete unknown i've stuck £20 on an away win both teams to score 6-1. It's not unlikely.

Throw in 'D O F', Coach and Head of Admin for good measure.
However, it's still not enough for 'Ambassador status' ........ :D

Apart from Rupp being the money man, what you are conveniently forgetting is that Rahic received all the plaudits for his first season in charge. The wage budget was then slashed the following season and he was rightly criticised for the crap we had brought in. The signing have improved dramatically this pre season and you'll notice how the criticism has decreased significantly. It's how these things work.

Tad optomistic there l think? Rookie coaches, entirely new unfamiliar team and so much as l rate/ have real hopes for Miller, no recognised striker! It's still asking an awful lot for all these imponderables to fit together!
