    Yet again ridiculous amount of time to wait to be served a drink. 2 people working and took me 12 minutes to get a drink. Q of over 20 people and how much do they want for next year just to be in there. Yeah rite O. Sort it out it’s pathetic

    Was this at half time I assume? Not sure what the capacity of the McCall suite is but 15mins is not a long time to serve so many people.
    To speed up the service maybe they should suspend sales at the bar and insist that anyone wanting a pint at half time needs to pre-order it before the game.

    I've already sacked the "suites" for next season. "Suite" makes you think that you are in some privileged box, with a view over the pitch. It's just a big rectangular bar behind the stands, and in the case of block EXJ, on a lower floor that you have to move down to and join a long queue. I can't believe that all the people in there have paid a suite supplement. To get food, I went upstairs to the kiosk in ordinary seating area at the back of the stand and had to show no identification or pass to get back down to my so-called suite seat.

    I never got a reply to my email, asking what it is that I was getting as an extra by paying 160 or 180 quid extra.

    Bring your own food and top-up with your favourite drinks before getting to VP. My advice.

    It was before and at half time and not sure you’re right when you say 15 minutes isn’t a long time to be served a drink. Remind me low long the break is for half time
    Also the pre ordering of drinks is half the the problem .
    They were all lined up at the back and the 2 people who were on were just giving the drinks to the people who had pre ordered so took ages for anyone else to be served. Complete farce and no one in charge
