Very sad news. He worked so hard to set up the Bradford burns unit and did many suffering families proud.

Would like to think it would be appropriate for the club to honour his passing with a minutes silence vs Grimsby

    RIP sir

Well said, a minutes silence would be a nice tribute.
My daughter works at the West Yorks Fire and Rescue Service HQ and she's met him several times.
She said he was a lovely man.
    RIP Professor Sharpe.

He was magnificent in his field of plastic surgery. I didn’t meet him, but everyone who did said was he just a lovely human being. He is at rest now knowing his contribution to medicine will always be remembered.
