What do you suggest ? Ticket collections by named person on ticket in Hartlepool ?

 

Just bring priority cards back.

 

It's time City fans realised we're crap league two fodder, and we should not be commanding championship away followings... then we could all get a ticket !!

Yes we can all see what you have done and why. It is another illustration of the shortcomings of this system. Your friend who never travels away now has more points than someone who does. I am pretty certain that isn't what was intended at the outset.

 

Yet both 600 allocations didn't sell out before the season ticket without loyalty points bun fight. Maybe they aren't as loyal as their points suggest.

 

And what he complains about on every thread about tickets when there in short supply

 

If I had bought one of these daft 1903 memberships last year which meant I would have attended precisely zero extra games, I would have moved up 2 bands for Hartlepool tickets. So it's just another example of how this scheme is just thrown together.

The scheme is trying to do too much. It rewards away travel to only a smallish degree. What it rewards in spades is parting with cash to club coffers. To then use that to decide who gets an away ticket is asking for trouble.
People who don't by and large go away but can afford the cash spend large on everything so that if a future Chelsea away comes along they are sitting pretty.
Which means those of us who would like to go to Barrow etc are scrambling for tickets when they are released to season ticket holders.
The system isn't simple, isn't easy to run for the ticket office, and the ticketing website people clearly struggle with it. It affects supporter travel clubs and is I think rather unpopular with fans.
How it develops as the season progresses rather depends on what other point acquiring opportunities the club dream up next.

 

But you’ve used your mates ticket to get tickets what’s the difference ?

 

It's not as if the club have suddenly sprung it on fans, we knew the priority cards/tickets would not be available as from this season so fans who wanted to get the best chance of attending away games this season had all last season to increase their loyalty points total by attending away games, I don't go to as many away games as the likes of yourself and many more but if my loyalty points don't get me a ticket for a specific game then there is no one to blame but myself.

 

Once again your argument doesn't hold water these chancers all had the opportunity to purchase a priority card/ticket at the start of last season, because someone doesn't attend as many away games as the likes of yourself once again you bellyache about them, your anger should be directed at the club for selling them season on season.

 

Maybe a little bit of "do as I say not as I do" .
