comment got moved but basically anything that doesnt get sold is wasted and also i would bet good money loads of people at city would kick off if they watched a flat pint get topped up and then handed to them. haven't seen the kiosks since tiffin took over but to me it would make more sense to just put some more pumps/t-bars in if space allows

 

Just put in a Bottom Up beer filling system where one person can fill 44 pints a minute,
