Out of contract, nothing to prove, loves City……ok will never happen, but stranger things have in the past.

 

Of he's playing alongside Wiltshire he'll be in Dorset or Somerset, no good to us

 

I thought he had another year left at Watford?
Way he was speaking recently it sounds like he wants to be there to get them back up;

Hes probably on around 50k a week there, maybe bit less now relegated. Not getting close that anywhere else.

If he ever returns to City it would be in L1 aged 35 or so. Could probably say same for Delph.

Players which hit the highs of football though earning millions. Not sure where the motivation would be to play for us earning 5k a week. Dont think either are 'fans'.

 

Tom and his family are City fans and he goes to games when he can, Delph other than being born here I don’t think he has any affection for the club.

 

Cleverley and family are life long fans of City. I know Tom tried to get to as many City matches as possible when he was playing for Man Utd

 

Fair enough. I read he was a big Bulls fan, never mentioned City in his interview.

 

I stand corrected. Knew he was a Bulls fan.

A shame he didnt sign for Everton for £8m and instead opted for a loan and letting his contract run down. We missed out on a big pay day there . Not knocking him for it btw.

No. Hes won PL titles, played in international tournaments. Will always have better options available.

 

Don’t think his trophy wife would want to live in Bradford.

I’ve been told that there are likely to be another 4 or 5 more players to come in/renew - couple of defenders, midfielder and a centre forward.
Guessing that yesterday’s announcement will likely be the midfielder.
As others have said - Vernam will be leaving and probably O'Connor.
Watt is more complicated as there is the compensation point that is putting others off.
