    Bass a fair few times passed out to the full backs and the ball went out of play, first thing I did was loon to the bench and Sparky was always going mad at him. Imagine a keeper with distribution had been high on his priority since day one. As they say, build from the back.

    Know nothing about the lad but that doesn't mean very much tbf, but what I will say is I could never imagine ROD, Hornby or Bass to ever be considered as good enough to be 3rd choice for a Prem side, so hopefully that gives us a chance of him being an upgrade. Good luck to him and welcome.

    Hopefully the lad comes here with a point to prove.

    2 year contract seems to be the most given these days with extension option which could be good for both parties and provide some much needed stability.

    Lets get some more decent defenders in and build a strong back line for next season.

    It seems to be the way teams play now, I'm not a huge fan to be honest as at this level they just don't have the skill set or confidence to.do it.

    I'd rather have a keeper who saved shots and a decent central defender or midfielder dropping deep to start play.

    Sergio is only giving his opinion Kev.

    I personally think it has the potential to be a very good signing but none of us knows. Even Hughes really, the lad hasn't really played and Hughes hasn't managed him for years.
