Radio Leeds commented numerous times about the sparse emptiness in the stands.

I don’t want Rupp. His disinterest apart from the bank balance is why we are here. However, telling him to sell, he might well do just that, but to whom? We conceivably could end up worse off! Remember we have no control over the process.

Yes let's protest to get Rupp out because there's a big sugar daddy waiting in the wings to buy him out ,not. Some fans need to be careful for what they wish for because for every Abromavich there's 20 Oystens out there.

It's easy to blame the players but in truth there isn't one player at the club that doesn't go on that pitch wanting to win every game possible. Our problems stem from an organisation that has failed over the last five years consistently to give those players the best chance of being successful. This idea of players turning up giving 100% and that will make everything alright is a wonderful notion but is ultimately laughable. This club has no leadership to pass down eventually to the footsoldiers going out on the pitch. It's why manager and manager and player aftet player come and go with being able to stop the decline.
Until Rupp either decides the clubs success has an importance to him or preferably he buggers off then this club is going nowhere.

Added to which, far too many of these players simply aren't good enough.

    I'll be there , I don't see the benefit of this .
There's no one else to take over so we need rupp until someone else is interested this could just alienate him even more

Understand and appreciate your point mate. I'm not suggesting that they should just give 100% and expect to win......I do however expect to see 100% effort from them the minute they cross the white line and I'm afraid that I'm not even seeing that at the moment.
The leadership issues are a different thing to my "turning up" remark.

I agree with this. It's frightening just how lost a big character like Songo now looks (those knocking him, look at his record and reputation)

Then again playing him in a position that isn't it best for most of the season doesn't help!!

But there are others who look terrible as soon as they put on our shirt. Let's not forget the abuse the likes of Eoin Doyle got.

And also arrive into ground half way through first half. I know that has been done elsewhere.
In my case, stay away and won't be renewing or putting any money into club until Rupp has gone.

Alienate more from given us absolutely no interest or attention and leaving the club in the hands of a novice who's running it into the ground?

Morais commented last night that he had never seen the ground so empty for a league game and how after the 3rd goal went in it near enough empty

The reality is, organising enough of a boycott via social media, likely won't reach or get enough people to buy in.

However, more and more people are staying away on account of the football being shite. Its hard to watch your club dying before your eyes. Wouldnt surprise me if there were only 5 or 6k there on Saturday anyway.

Hitting Rupp in the pocket really is the only way to drive change though. Hard as it might be; stay away and don't renew your ST

I think Swindon will be the game the new Manager is unveiled which could lessen the impact of the boycott.

I think this Saturday would have been better. More Mansfield fans than City fans would send a clear message.

Other that putting off potential managers or even worse giving the new manager a headache they don't need - I fail to see what this does, other than make a few fans happier because they are taking 'action'.

No doubt some of our fans now think they have new powers, after all they only had to express their displeasure at Adams and Sparks rolled over - but I think Rupp is made of sterner stuff.

And believe it or not there are worse owners about. We get a decent L2 budget and I bet it's averaged in the Top 7 since we were relegated plus he seems to always back his relevant CEO (of course this isn't good when you back the wrong un!!)

Is a plane going to flying above the ground with 'Rupp out' or is it a bit too windy? :grinning:

WAGMI. They love the club, are credible bidders, and are keen to take over.

We should get them involved with this, they are desperate to buy City, for the fans, so I'm sure they'd be happy to help fund it. We could hire a space (Tesco car park?) and they could get one of their rock star connections (probably Foo Fighters or Green Day) to perform, ending the demo with the WAGMI song as 15000 City fans march to VP singing it (not going in obviously).

Someone could take photos of the event, then sell bits of them as NFT's to our fans all over the world to fund a squad overhaul in the summer and guarantee promotion next year.
