No one has been let go and it’s a good bet we will be paying a good proportion of wages and someone like Walker will be on very good money so it’s sure to have raised our wage bill a fair bit and we haven’t finished

If there's one thing Derek is not, it's frivolous with money. He's saying in the T&A this morning that some of the players here before he arrived are on decent money, more than people would expect. No way will he have agreed to these current loans if they are costing us more than peanuts. Although as I said in a post a few days ago, I wouldn't be surprised if there is a condition attached to the likes of Walker, Daly and probably Bass, that they start every game if fit.

It’s an interesting point. Both have stated promotion as the target. Hopefully we get there with a late run, a run that doesn’t look likely based on what we’ve witnessed so far but hey AdamsZzz has previous with late runs
