    I reckon this is the boxing day cancellation coming home to roost in all honesty.

    Sparks claimed that postponement cost us £100-150k, probably hit the budget quite a lot

    I guarantee that the failure to recruit quality last summer and this month will cost more than £150k in lost on the day ticket sales this season and season tickets in the summer.

    I doubt he will, reminds me of when we got Butterfield in our relegation season. Came to us to put himself in the shop window for a club higher up the food chain.

    Says a lot that we've spoken as a club about how good the offer for Crankshaw was, BUT NOT when it comes to prices other clubs are asking.

    How naive can you get to just jump at an amount of money without factoring in your own costs for replacement players?
