Tuesday is usually the highest day as its after the weekend. It is week on week down from last Tuesday.

Boris and Co seem to be rubber stamping removing all restrictions from the 26th by letting them lapse. Not that he has any choice as he has no control at all as it stands.

 

Working from home, Mandatory Masks and the Covid Passport are all being removed from next Thursday.

Great news about the lifting of restrictions. It's been relatively comforting to see how well the news has been taken (apart from the Indy SAGE nut jobs obviously who've now moved onto keeping restrictions to protect from other diseases).

Relatively calm news with few people opposed to it. Maybe we have actually got to the stage where people are taking their own informed risks and accepting of others

It's hard to keep up, they seem to be denying they wanted more restrictions prior to Christmas when they gave media interviews saying otherwise.

Starmer said he supported removal of plan B if the data says it is right to do. Clearly Sadiq doesn't care what the data says.
