    I'll agree with you on this Fordy. Daley is a good signing, the 2nd half of the season will determine if he is a great signing for us.

    What's not to like about him? Attacking midfielder, scores goals and is a likely replacement for a player you don't like. And he has trained at the school and liked it as well.

    It is odd that a player who was playing regularly for a league two team has been recalled by his parent club allegedly because of injuries and has then been sent out to another league two club.

    We must have almost guaranteed a start for him or perhaps paying more wages or maybe it's a loan with an option to buy? Hartlepool fans must be mystified.

    Adams currently sticking to the loan route in January(it is a difficult time to do business etc),

    So three in, is the loan limit set at 5 players?

    Would like a right back and cover for Cook but who knows what Adams will do there.

    Pulling him to bits because he’s got 5 goals in the pizza cup against youth teams ........... can someone remind me what our lot against one of these youth teams ????? Didn’t we well and truly get beat by one of them ???
    Still it’s not the Bradford city way if we ain’t pulling players to bits .......... I mean come on do you think that we would be throwing in hundred thousand pound bids and offering mega wages ?????
    Maybe the board are waiting on what happens with Watt and Cooke before we start buying anyone

    You're correct, Daly has been far more successful in the pizza cup than any of our players, but not sure that means a great deal. Fact is, it's what he can do in the league that matters, and stats wise, he's pretty much on a par with Watt and not as good as Cooke.
    I want him to do well and wish him luck, but there are question marks for me at the moment about whether he's better than what we've got - which is what we need.
