The commentary team were saying that Paudie did well to stay on the floor as long as he did as it gave credence to the red card.
    Erm....apparently not....:joy:

To be honest, I’m suprised Paudie hasn’t lost most of his teeth already. Adds to his Peaky Blinders look even more.
I questioned his leadership earlier on in the week. I’m glad he proved me wrong.

Hiding?? Gotta watch out for your flailing cossack kicks. Like your posts, they appear very random.

I've never doubted Paudie's commitment to the cause, even in the very worst days. He's a trier. I think the simple truth is, like alot of our players, he is a League Two player - sometimes plays a scorcher and puts in the odd big performance, sometimes not, stutters, makes mistakes and bad decisions. That's what it is. L2 players are in this division for a reason - lack of consistency. Sometimes it may look a lack of effort to fans, but often I don't think that's true, particularly with Paudie. Wins in this division clearly breed more confidence. More confidence means more focus. More focus means more wins. Let's hope this win puts us on a run.

It would be nice if it is the catalyst but as (I think it was ) Petrov said, 1 classier player made a difference, add another 2 and who knows where it could go.

Morale boosting win, it does help having their best player getting sent off.

Vernam and Ridehalgh were a handful down the left,

    So why sub Vernam off?

I love Fordy's posts too. He is the crazee ranting Bantam, happy with nothing, raging at everything that doesn't fit his perfect picture of what Bradford City could be. In truth, he's a romantic. A total softie.

Do you think he’d be fitter if we didn’t train at a school?

Important win and was extra sweet that we got one over that boring bastard.

First half though we were poor. Too slow and pedestrian, no real urgency and didn't create enough. Red card probably saved us and I can't believe Bowyer even had the cheek to contest the decision. Vile challenge from the lad and the correct decision from a ref who I thought had a good game.

Much better second half. Correct sub early on and a change of intensity got the crowd up for it too. Only grumble is why we have to wait until we're a goal down and a man ahead to play like that.

You're right Tennessee. Two - dare I hope three - more genuinely good signings could see us on a surge. If they look anything like Walker did today, there is always hope!

If Vernam and Ridehalgh can pick up where they left off earlier in the season then that would give us more attacking edge.

I mentioned the pointless, incessant wrong throws a few weeks ago. Morais mentioned it today…They are notable by their poor outcomes except Swindon away?

Even though both goals came from the other side I thought they both looked somewhere near their early season form.
    Some decent overlapping from both.

Watts free kicks and corners struggled to beat the first defender from memory?

Wrong throws seems very apt for them, as Morais said they are certainly not long and, most of the time, they are ineffective.
