Ive not written Pereira off. Im just more bothered that we sign a new striker this window as converting, not lack of creativity, has held us back.

if he’s an upgrade on Gillead and Vernham then fair enough, it’s another wide option. We need to improve our goal output across the team.

 

Having just watched a couple of minutes of Dions highlights on youtube.. I can confirm we are going up

 

Never heard of the lad. Good luck to him. Clean slate and all that - though his CV doesn’t look promising. Smacks of a cheap backup to me.

 

Hard one this. Could be the next Lewis O'Brien but could equally be another Austin Samuels. All we have to judge him on at the minute is his previous record which doesn't inspire confidence that this is one of the signings of quality that we desperately need.

Well let's hope Dions got the bit between his teeth young player of the year at Watford, who knows why it didn't work out at Yeovil could be all sorts of reasons but I'm looking forward to seeing what he can do.

Another quality RB, CM and striker now needed for me.

Be interesting to see who will be going plenty of rumours about Watt but I suspect we may see the last of Evans.

Looks like he injured his calf in his only game for them. Also was massively fatigued according to Nathan Jones. As it was only a one month loan deal, it was pointless for him to return after he recovered from his injury for the sake of one more game, Luton thought he'd be better off staying.

 

'Highly rated' is the standard description of any young loanee coming in from a higher division and we are long overdue one of them living up to the hype so I hope Dion smashes it here. I'm not convinced he will but in the words of Mr Keegan, I would love it if he does.
It's positive that his contract with Luton is up in the summer, as that means the incentive is absolutely there for him to show he is worthy of an extension with Luton or a new contract with another club, which will hopefully work in our favour.


We still need at least 3 proven quality players though to have any hope of achieving this seasons goal of promotion.

 

Good luck to him. From the highlights, seems he can play on the left too, an area we’ve been missing out on for a long time. Let’s now hope we don’t have to just lump the ball up from the back. Pointless having wingers if we bypass them by playing hoofball.

Rubbish. Did we play long ball with Hendrie & Ellis in the team, with Daley, with Reid & Thompson, with Don Hutchins ? If the wingers can tuck in and tackle back then it leaves you less light than three in the middle and a 433
