    Listen, we all know Derek Adams won't be here forever, and we need to start planning for Stuart's next tenure at the club.

    5 year contract for me this time, NO MUCKING ABOUT, let's get him in and get on with it.

    More than likely. A 25,000 capacity, modern football stadium with 4 stands, offices, proper access etc but with limited car parking would have a footprint of about 8 acres. The entire RD site is about 14 acres so there appears to be plenty of margin.

    That doesn't mean of course, despite what some have posted, that anybody is looking at the RD site as a future home for us or the Bulls. The local Council appears to have other plans.

    No, I think it will probably be retail. Housing is off the agenda for now, but it could be prime space for a quality retail park.

    I think any interested parties will wait until the sports centre is actually demolished though.

    The demolition itself is a headache best left to the council

    The boat has sailed for retail parks/hotels. It's dying a death at rapid speed. Commercial hot space is in motorway linked large scale warehousing - ie M606/Chain bar locations.

    You can still prop up retail spaces with a supermarket.

    Something will come up though whatever it is. It's a massive space.

    Spot on Eric. I told the council this last time we met with Rahic but they know better on most things, still no retail on RD site says what they really know
