Good on Rupp threatening to sue these charlatan's. This along with the report in the Athletic should tell people who are liars now. Whatever people may think about Rupp he's saved us from a group that can't be trusted

 

For what ? Daring to buy his club. Good luck with that.

The only thing I can think of that he might have a chance with is breach of contract or breach of a confidentiality clause, but as we all know, there was no contract and he had no contact before the e-mail so there could be no confidentiality clause.

If he is suing then he has a lot more to hide than we have been told.

 

Can you sue someone for being a charlatan ? He had no contact from them, is he suing them for sending him an e-mail asking to buy the club ? The deal may be a bad one but this shows he is not telling us the truth.

I wouldn't trust Rupp anymore than I trusted Rahic. I think he's showing his true colours now.

 

I'd rather he spent money on the team than on lawyers.

 

I think he will be suing for slander/liable as they have accused him of not being truthful in the statement when he said there had been no contact before the last couple of days.

I’m sure if the offer was what he deemed right he would have accepted, I’m very uncomfortable with this saviour tag some seem to be giving him. He’s have sold to anyone for the right price.
