You're incredibly naive if a) you don't think he was having recruitment discussions whilst at Morecambe and b) would come to this club if he had players signed for him by someone else.

Not the point. No challenge there. When I had championship manager I managed Huddersfield and regularly only fielded six players to get deliberately dicked.

After they sacked me, I changed user profile, got the job back and after hacking the database signed a squad full of 40 year old players. They promptly sacked me again, but the 31.0 defeat it caused was joyess

he literally said recruitment has been poor past few years and then Turnbull left. What you guys are saying and actual events do not corroborate.

Plenty of other shit hole towns cities attract investment into their football clubs. Rotherham and Wigan at the pointy end of league one. Accrington, Bolton, Burton, Morecambe lower down the division.

It’s not for us to find or name a new owner, Chief Exec or whatever. That’s Rupp’s job.

Bradford like most of the football clubs would have had interest for the owners the sell.
Bradford City has no assets so it does make it harder to finder that buyer for the serious longer.

I’ll start with where the CEO is going to come from. If anyone thinks the Twitter boy should be CEO of a club with an owner that doesn’t give a damn then they need to seriously have a think about things. Plenty of better CEO’s about mate.

Owner - it’s up to Rupp to find one and as an owner that’s not interested in the club he should be looking for one.

Manager - again plenty of managers about. What is it 2 wins in 19! Unacceptable!

Yeah but we're relying on someone who appointed Rahic and then Rhodes and then Sparks this is not a man who does thorough searches and this is not a club that has been doing investigating every channel either everything is done the easy way with people known to the club or even already employed by the club

The chances of Rupp actually doing a proper search for a buyer or investor errr can we say zero maybe it is our job as fans to look for someone to buy him out

 

Those 'mercenary twats' are both excellent strikers at this level. It's not their fault that they were both expected to play in target man roles that were totally unsuited to them. If we had either of them in this team we'd easily be in the top three now. There's no way either of them would be bungling the number of missed chances we've had this season.

 

I agree about Doyle but Vaughan definitely had some problems hence his early retirement don't think his heart was in it sadly

Doyle hasn't really done much wrong at the other clubs he's been at he just a bad signing considering we needed someone who could replace Wyke and do a job in the air

 

I was responding to people saying that he needed time t bring his own players in as the current lot were Turnbull’s. So are you accepting that he has to take some responsibility for the current lot?

 

I’ve seen some nonsense on here Cougar but a suggestion of fans finding someone to buy the club is right up there with the best.

 

I think our core fanbase has grown slightly these last few years.
I still think we would have 9k or 10k for home games without cheap tickets.

 

Not being funny but how do you know he's NOT actively looking to sell the club? I doubt we'd know anything until it was announced. The last time this club was for sale the only people we could attract were the clown and the ring master. If we were that attractive as a proposition he'd have no end of offers at his door. Near half a million rent is probably not something attractive to most people. Let's suppose someone would take that on, I'd imagine the first thing they'd do is hike season ticket prices. You say you want to be run like a proper club, but what affect would that have on attendances?

Agree about the 2 wins in 19 not being good enough, but with the injuries we've had I think the performances on the whole have been decent. Aside from Hartlepool and Tranmere we've matched most teams. Somehow, someway we have to get a win starting on Saturday.

In regard to your plenty of managers comment, the reason we had so much success under Parky was because we allowed him time to build. It was no coincidence he was one of the longest serving managers during his time here and we were highly successful as a result. Adams has been here just over 6 months and you and others want him gone. Is it any wonder why we continue to fail? I'd suggest you're part of the problem and not part of the solution.

 

The current lot are Turnbulls. Most of them anyway.

this bunch just ain’t got the heart they shafted McCall last season they did the same with Trueman and now they are doing the same with Adams ....................... so please move on to the next but history says it will end up in tears again

 

Problem is and we keep going back to this, at this level you cannot change around 10 players in a window. We don’t have the funds and cannot afford or won’t be allowed by the board to have players sat in the reserves because we deem them not good enough.
It’s time adams got a tune out of what he’s got for now and prove to the owners he’s worth backing in January. Currently that does not look the case. This is not plug and play Fifa. These players have contracts. Do the job you were brought to this club to do. Currently we are miles away
