I really am starting to worry about the future of our club.

 

Have had time to gather my thoughts and calm down a bit. Then I hear DA's post match analysis-Wow just wow.

As embarrassing games go this is up there with the 0-3 defeat to Accrington some years ago.

A thoroughly gutless, spineless disorganised performance. Even the "atmosphere section" turned on the team.

A very very bad day at the office and all DA could say is that was our first home defeat and we are 3 points off the play offs. Can someone tell him not to drink whilst working.

We have slumped over the years because of poor ownership and CEOs and crap managers and he is rapidly joining the list

 

This needs a bit more than ole big head Adams saying he knows whats wrong, he knows what needs to be done etc

His constant quoting of what he has done at previous clubs is hypocritical when he brushes everything that is going wrong as not his fault.

He needs to man up that part of the crap that was served up tonight is down to him - he has had influence on some of these players and totally on our style (wrong word) of play.

And it really is starting to look as if the ever diminishing RS has sold us down the river......again!

We all know how difficult January is to transform a team and yet this is what we are now having to pin our hopes on. Utterly embarrassing

 

New tactics, can only mean more players up front leading the line. The huge flaw in that plan, is that "more" players means Robinson and Lavery. The latter, I don't think even touched the ball in the twenty minutes he was on today.

Come on fitness at a professional football club is the easiest and most basic thing to fix. Every manager uses it as an excuse.
Play to our strengths. Mix it up a bit.
Get some steel and strength in midfield. For the last 3/4 years it’s been our Problem. We signed Songoo and don’t play him there.

Get watt out for a bit, he’s not a player you want in there when the chips are down like now. Sutton is ok runs around a lot but what does he do. Most teams pack the midfield now and we lose the game. We are too weak in there and have been for years.

That was bad! As bad as anything I can remember for a while.

The real problem for me is I don't even see a glimmer of hope that we can cling to and build around. We're an absolutely "nothing" team.

We don't press but we can't counter attack, we're not physical but we're not pacy, we're not solid but we're hardly attacking either. There's just nothing at all that we seem to do well either as individuals or a unit. We're hoping something bobbles in our favour or for a moment if brilliance.

It looks like it's going to be a long slog again.

As for Adams insistence about issues could it be that he doesn't like the players Turnbull brought in and is using that as a rationale for why he's seems so out of options?

Must be doubts he will make January never mind be allowed to spend imaginery money
All these problems must have been here when he signed on the dotted line I presume
The noise (or lack of it) coming from Morecambe when we poached their manager was the first warning shot for us

 

Adams coming out with the "I know what the problem is but can't tell you" line is unhelpful and becoming tiresome. Either he or Sparks (where is he btw?) need to come out and clarify these comments. No more smoke and mirrors, shit or get off the pot.

 

Absolute garbage. Adams needs William tecumpsah Sherman on the field for him like I had but all he has is just william. No spine in that team at all and the wheels have come off. Thoroughly disgusted.
