They were lucky to get promotion in a season when 90% of teams in the league were looking just to finish the season and not be relegated you will never see a poorer league again no great achievement in my eyes
Also agree terrible terrible recruitment but can't believe Mr Adams didn't have input into signing them

 

Still not sure why we have to wait till October, without doubt something has changed with regards our backroom staff (Lee Turnbull) things aren't great at the moment fans are getting restless (which is understandable) so cut to the chase and give us a bit of positivity.

What answers do you want from Ryan? I’m not sure what this huge meltdown is about?
We’ve had some poor results but that’s football. We won’t win every game. Recruitment at the top of the pitch hasn’t been great but again I don’t think it’s something that our CEO should just be generally answering questions on. There could be a whole host of reasons. Turnbull leaving could also be for a variety of reasons and it’s probably just a case of Adams wants to do his own recruitment and Ryan agreed.
The signing of Theo Robinson really has caused some OTT reactions and has really triggered people. He’s probably not the player the club wanted to have signed but Theo isn’t the reason for our recent downturn in results and neither is Ryan Sparks.

 

Seen a few people on twitter saying Vernam was limping and holding his hamstring towards the end of the game. If he's injured then we may as well just call it a day.

Not sure his agent would advise him to walk tbh unless he has another job lined up, no payoff isn’t a great move and if he gets sacked here he can just point to the other managers who have been sacked here before him. Grayson got the Blackpool job after here and Bowyer got money bags Salford so it doesn’t often effect someone’s career to much tbh. You see it all the time in English football, sacked enjoy the payoff for a few months and back in work by next summer.

 

About 10 games into the new season and there is talk on here about Adams leaving. I think some people need to lay off the drugs.

It isn't good at the moment and I'm not getting too downhearted as yet, you've answered my question if Adams wants his own man why was anyone other than Adams having a say in who comes into the club, that is something that should have been discussed when Ryan offered Adams the position.
There is no doubt the signing of Robinson and possibly Lavery have been questioned and rightly so, more so now were told they could miss Saturdays game after hardly kicking a football in anger in the shirt.
I agree with regards Robinson or Lavery not being the reason for our resent poor form but could it be that the club couldn't get Adams choice of player so to pacify him they brought Lavery in followed by Robinson knowing without Angol and Eisa who would be out for the immediate future.
As the CEO that's exactly what he should be doing when fans are getting concerned about the happenings at our club, he's the man who doesn't/shouldn't duck a challenge, then front up Ryan
