    Ryan seems sensible. I'm sure he meets with lots of folk to get the lay of the land. Some things may spin out of those conversations but looking at the recent commercial deals they have all been local companies. Flamingo Land doesn't seem to be in the same pattern of recent deals but if Ryan agrees something it will be for the benefit of the club that's for sure!

    So then it was negotiated with the trustees of the scheme who are also the beneficiaries who happen to be the Gibb family

    He has already said in one of his first interviews he's been in contact with Gordon Gibb but didn't give anymore info with regards what about.

    The current rent for example is £434k per annum compared to £300k in 2003. (Additional to the rent the club is, pursuant to the lease, responsible for paying the costs of insuring the ground and all other outgoings and also under an obligation to the landlord to keep the stadium in good repair.)
