    Bloody gear cable snapped on my cycle ride, stuck in quite a high gear. Quite a workout on the way home.

    saw a nice wee flatfish today whilst snorkelling, guessing a dab, maybe a flounder, not an authority on flatfish. Hope you have a successful outing.

    boat up on drive getting a wash. touch wood, engine seems to run, after a bit of cajoling and praying to Neptune. We’ll see for sure, when we stick it in the sea.

    Take away pizza’s from The Misty Isles, for tea.

    sound alike last triathlon I did. Front cog on bike got damaged somehow so I couldn’t drop down from biggest cog.without chain dropping off.
