    They're just down the road from me. Good to see them doing well and possibly over achieving. Always good to see a local-ish underdog over achieving. Same thing for Luton.

    Wether it is a loan or a full signing we are one short up front in either a quick forward or good tall attacking midfielder, It is a long season and injuries do effect most teams ( especially us ) Hopefully a better backroom will help but still think we need one more

    I think we’ll see a loan arrival or two. We still look short of depth in the centre forward position.

    Yee deffo need another. Will probably be a young loan, hopefully better than Samuels and Burrell.

    If someone becomes available though then be great to see us push the boat out and get someone to really challenge Cook and Angol.

    Adams playing Angol on the left at that moment so maybe we do push the boat out and get Cook some competition.

    I agree. We seem to have decent choice and depth across most positions, but there’s something about how we’ve built this squad that makes me feel 1 quality attacking player could be the difference between promotion or not. That said, I also wouldn’t be surprised if we’re keeping some budget back for January, which could end up being a wise move.

    I appreciate this is a controversial point of view so I will put the tin hat on. But I don’t think Cook was playing particularly well towards the end of last season nor has he really impressed me the times I have seen him preseason. I don’t Question his work rate I just don’t think he dominates central defenders or wins free kicks I am sure if a chance falls to him he will put it away but .his general play is not impressing

    Isn't the main focus of his role to put the ball in the back of the net?

    And if it is, he's doing that so what's the issue?

    And if it isn't, you need to get over James Hanson leaving.
