    Yeah your right ripped the paint off walls and threw the tea & pizza at them an all ! Sure Adams is well capable of that as well. The dour Scot bit is more him reminding me of a couple of PE teachers I have known in my time. It was more in the ' death stare" than anything they said ! Sure these players wont dare go up against him ?

    The posters describing Derek Adams as "Dour " either don't understand the meaning of the word or are not familiar with different Scottish accents.
    I have enjoyed listening to his interviews, he speaks a lot of enthusiastic good sense.

    Hardly the impression I've got from the interviews or behind-the-scenes videos the club has posted of pre-season

    You know what, I thought he was dour until I heard him interviewed properly rather than as an opposing manager, now I totally disagree. Pragmatic, absolutely. Dour, never in a million years. He is very engaging and easy to listen to and his knowledge of the game and professionalism makes Stuart look like the manager of East Bowling Unity.

    A good Sunday League club back in the day, not sure what sort of finacial backing they got from the club but EBU was a very popular well run club.
