    It’s crazy how we are a tenants and do all the renovating for the landlord !! The Gibb family must laugh all the way to the bank every month when they get our cheque!

    pretty standard commercial contract , i am responsable for a lot of the maintenance on the building i rent for my business. nothing like the cost of vp though, thank god.

    Normal for a commercial lease. Wait until you get into the saga of dilapidations at the end of a lease.

    Looking at the picture I'd say that is the away dugout.

    You can see the frame of another dugout to the left which would make that the home and this the away.
