All this Bantams family and the club can do no wrong is a load of bollocks.

When Josh Wright smashed one of our players 2 minutes into the game then walked about like Xavi on the ball it was like he knew we were this weak soft team.

When people are making out Levi Sutton is an enforcer you know that something just isn’t right with our team.

When no matter what the club does fans back it you know that something isn’t right at the club.

The only way this club is going to get back to any decent level is to be nasty on and off the pitch.

We need teams that we play against know that they will be in for a tough game.

We need Sparks and Rupp etc to understand that fans won’t put up with rubbish and we want improvement.

We need to turn nasty!!

Full of energy. Sadly, he spent most of it running into opposition players and losing the ball or giving away a free kick. Or both.

 

Some fans were lauding him. It shows how far our expectations have dropped if folk are crowing over a dosser like Sutton.

 

He certainly isn't the most gifted of players but he's far from being a dosser. The lad never stops when he's on the pitch.

 

Like a headless chicken running into players. Id prefer someone who doesnt stop and is half decent on the ball.

Maybe im asking for too much though. Too much for a midtable L2 side anyway. As long as players try then thats all thats needed. Forget talent.

 

Adams is a good coach and has a reputation for bringing the best out of bang average players, so I'm fully expecting to see either an improved Sutton playing for us next season, or him not being here at all if Adams doesn't feel he can offer what we need. Either way, it's win win.

Agree Fordy, we have to aim to be champs not just to be in the play offs.

 

Scapegoat? Can you honestly say you were impressed with him last season? He was awful.

 

Absolutely. Winning this league and going up in style should be our primary aim.

We have a capable manager and if the investment is there every chance now.

 

The point is SP, if you aim for 7th, you will get from anywhere between 7th and below. Look at the clubs in this division, run properly and we should be outperforming them.

 

Some people on here aim for 24th then want an open top bus if we finish 21st!!!
That’s everything wrong about this club that ambitions are set way too low from owners down to fans. Hopefully next season that changes.

 

I just feel that Ryan means what he says. In the 54 years I was employed, I came across many whizz kids. Some did as they said they would, some didn't but at the moment, I have positive vibes about him as long as Stefan continues to back him up. Don't tell Park though, he will accuse me of looking through rose tinted glasses.

 

Disagree about the fans ambition bit. I cannot recall a season starting where I did not want to be promoted as champions (PL apart obviously) and I cannot think I am alone on that however the reality is that its unlikely. Until now it seems.
