I'm actually glad. The handwringing surrounding him on here would be unbearable.

Perhaps we can stick to @Keefly Bantam posting a thread and updating us every game he doesn't score instead. That Guthrie thread really added to the forum experience.

 

I watched all five play-off games and they were superb.
Football as it used to be played, end to end stuff, no theatrics from the players, no knee bending and a great advertisement for the National League.
I enjoyed those games more than any Premiership or International games (or any League games for that matter).
Also.............none of this tippy tappy stuff across the back four, to the midfielders then back to the back four/'keeper stuff.
