Hasn't Sparks also said that we will be looking to sign players that can not only get us out of this league but that can also take us higher? No disrespect to the Morecambe players but I'm not sure many if any of them fit that criteria.

Well he’s at a bigger club now and while people like @trevor thinks Sparks does everything and we don’t have any staff. Adams will have to get used to having STAFF helping him out with recruitment and other matters.

I heard the lad Ridehalgh was here Tuesday for his medical.

 

When asked about Morecambe he said they have a lot of players out of contract and I’ll assess that. Safe to say they’ll be a few on there way down the M6 in the coming weeks. The only ones I’m bothered about tbh are the two defensive mids, both experienced and were a big reason for their success.

I won’t add Gomez to that list as he’s too unrealistic.
