There’s a difference between your management and your statutory accounts. The stats aren’t filed in full for City but as abbreviated ones or whatever they are called. City will file full accounts with the EFL, they have to, it’s probably these or the management accounts Dewhirst saw.

If he saw and published previous years data which is to some extent in the public domain I see no issue. Also City aren’t a listed public company so there’s no issues with insider dealing or share manipulation, City can publish their full P&L at the end of each month if they want.

You don’t file your accounts with HMRC, but if they come and audit you, or your auditors find any jiggery pokery you get the book thrown at you. Our FD always says you don’t piss about with Revenue and Customs.

From what i am led to believe , it was Julian that wanted it done with the 9% interest , he wanted it on a proper commercial footing. Mark would have lent it to the club for nothing.

Anyone know if he attended the match yesterday? I noticed there was a German private jet at Leeds Bradford yesterday registration D-AFAN surely he doesn’t have his own jet!?
