The best thing about letting fans in is that I won’t have to listen to the deluded Andy Kiwomya and Jamie Raynor.
The pair of them got excited when we went to 442 it was embarrassing. Funnily enough we still looked absolutely toothless. Higher up the pitch maybe but completely impotent.

 

The whole first team squad management backroom staff should walk into Sparks office and resign this lot are a complete shambles

I honestly think T&S will be managers at the start of next season but will be sacked in December with talk of another rebuild in summer 2022 with the aim of promotion in 22/23. I don’t think Sparks will have the balls to sack another manager after giving them a contract.

 

That team could be champions of a walking football league. I have seen more effort in pre-season friendlies.

 

Well Sparks needs to leave also then.

We can't afford to be messing about. We already know T & S haven't got what it takes to take us up. It will be pointless.

Sparks has to prove hes a winner also.

Firstly it will look absolutely awful from the outside. We were staring at relegation when they came in and have now easily stayed up. We have been through a fair few managers over the past few years and we can’t be seen as a club who don’t give managers time.
Secondly it will be expensive. I can’t imagine they are on massive wages but they are under contract and there are two of them.
We have a head of recruitment now who will probably make the signings over the summer and T&S will be given the chance to have another crack. The squad needs shaking up. It’s very stale and one dimensional. With the right players to add to what we have and the standard of the league there can be no excuses.

Oh the ever looming inevitability of it all. Neither side could keep the ball, which spent most of it's time skywards. What did we expect from a team who'll finish up 15th/16th and a side who've just dodged relegation into the National? We showed no threat throughout, plenty of disappointing performances - the only plus, a good showing from Sam Hornby. That was pretty awful to watch, tbh.

Been weak since Sparks became CEO. Maybe, it's because Rhodes use to hide but Sparks won't.

It would be good of City to explain to us what there thinking is going forward with he recruitment of players - the current team are poor at passing, defending, lack pace and do not score enough.
