    It would have to be 11.30 I would have thought to allow players to travel back home in time to watch it if they want to.

    Earlier kickoffs might not work for some because of travel afterwards but equally a later kick off could be problematic as teams need to travel and warm up before hand.

    Really the EFL should put some suggestions and then allow clubs to choose the time that works best for them based on distance to travel and upcoming midweek games. It won't work well trying to get everyone to change to the same time.

    Some League 2 clubs have already announced that their Saturday kick off has been moved to 12.30pm.
    I expect Harrogate and City will follow.

    If the rationale is to allow players to travel back, then the 11.30 wouldnt work for many of the fixtures. An 11.30 Kick off probably means the visitors wouldnt leave a stadium until 2.00 pm. Exeter to to Southend=4+ hours; FGR (Stroud) to Scunthorpe=3+ hours, Walsall to Colchester=3+ hours and several more. Probably better to move them to Friday evening.

    I suspect that the rescheduling of Saturday's games has little to do with the practicalities of travelling but everything to do with showing respect for the Duke's funeral.

    The FA is now recommending that there is no football played between 14.45 and 16.15 on Saturday which the EFL and EPL clubs are following. Other sports - premiership rugby, horse racing and cricket - are all adopting something similar.

    The game should kick off as normal, with a one minute silence before no need to change kick off times. Not every one in the UK is royalist. Friday was bad enough with non stop coverage on every channel, it was way over the top.
