iFollow Highlights Videos

    I paid to watch the Cheltenham match on iFollow. When I went onto the iFollow page, via the club website, to watch the highlights video it won't let me do so and directs me to a Subscription page. On the Subscription page there were only two subscription options - both audio; no video subscription option - go figure!

    So then I tried to view highlights of the Morecombe home game and other home games, to which I'm subscribed via my season ticket. Same result.

    WTF is going on? If I've paid a tenner to watch an away game, surely I should also be able to watch the highlights? And if I have a season subscription to see home games, why are the highlights videos not available to me?

    Anyone else had this experience?

    The 2 minute highlights are up on YouTube but the extended highlights are part of a different subscription I think, which is not covered by buying a match pass.

    That's outrageous, if true. But still doesn't explain why the only two subscription options shown are both for audio rather than video.

    I think that’s true. I pay £4.99 a month for all the other stuff as well as £10 to watch the away games live.
