    Can't agree with that. Rupp screwed up big time with the man who knew football and as a tyro new football owner, I think he learnt a huge amount from that. Let's look at the guy's business record - he's a very successful, astute businessman. He got it wrong first time around with us, but he's still here, paying the bills, making sure that Ryan Sparks et al have money for transfers and clearly buys into what Sparks is trying to do in re-building back the club. There are two things at play here. Rupp wants to help the club improve so it's a better asset to sell off. Or, he genuinely wants to become known as the owner of a successful improving Bradford City. In the meanwhile, can you tell me of anyone who wants to buy him out? No, you can't. So let's hope his impetus is for the second option.

    I'll take you back to your mantra...'being positive won't guarantee you will succeed. Being negative will guarantee you won't'. I think Rupp understands what gold dust he's happened upon with T&S and I'm sure Ryan Sparks has let him know that big time. The announcement of their permanent appointment will come. But Sparks is no idiot. It will come when the club and T&S are happy and ready.

    My reading of it is that if 3 points is for a win, then 2 wins is 2 signatures, announcement in the morning. But then again, I don't do twitter so I have no idea :)

    And having just seen the twitter (google), it has a pic of Truman holding ball bags, one Morecambe, one Cheltenham so maybe just a reference to the recent wins and training tomorrow.

    Just seen an article in the T&A on-line that T&S have been granted a full time appointment as our new manager(s) until the end of next season. This was quickly taken down as I think it was released too early (ahead of a formal club announcement). Did anyone else see this potentially great news?

    I have no idea other than a gut feeling....but I I don't think it's all about the money with Rupp. Be it for personal reasons or a sense of responsibility I I don't think he wants to fail at City. I've drunk far too much for a Sunday night.

    Congratulations to Mark and Conor on their promotion to permanent joint manager roles. Thoroughly deserved and glad it's all sorted.

    I wish them both the very best and hopefully a long reign at the
    helm.

    I am sure they have the backing of the vast majority of fans, it's just a shame fans not allowed in Valley Parade for a while to welcome them
